The new agricultural structure adjustment is a kind of strategic adjustment and faces with huge stress. At present, there are a lot of mistaken recognitions in agricultural structure adjustment, which requires a new thinking manner to reason it. The paper expounds agricultural system theory, analyses agricultural structure and function on emphases, discusses the new thoughts of agricultural structure adjustment from eight aspects, and states the relation between agricultural system theory and agricultural structure adjustment, which has realistic meaning to the new agricultural structure adjustment.
