用溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe2O3薄膜作为前驱体,结合同步还原氮化获得单相γ′-Fe4N薄膜.Fe2O3薄膜在氢气、氨气混合气氛中,500℃温度下进行热处理,利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)对γ′-Fe4N膜结构和磁性进行了研究.
用溶膠-凝膠法製備Fe2O3薄膜作為前驅體,結閤同步還原氮化穫得單相γ′-Fe4N薄膜.Fe2O3薄膜在氫氣、氨氣混閤氣氛中,500℃溫度下進行熱處理,利用振動樣品磁彊計(VSM)對γ′-Fe4N膜結構和磁性進行瞭研究.

Single-phase γ′-Fe4 N films were prepared by Sol-gel method of reduetion and nitriding using Fe2O3 films as preeursor. The Fe2O3 films were treated in H2 + NH3 mixed gases at 500℃, The magnetic properties were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
