对建设项目进行环境影响评价分析，对国民经济的健度稳定发展和保护生态自然环境均有重要的作用。但在具体实施过程中，仍然存在不少问题，如工程分析粗糙、报告书质量不高、评价缺乏针对性和实用性等。本文对此进行了分析，并提出相应对策。
對建設項目進行環境影響評價分析，對國民經濟的健度穩定髮展和保護生態自然環境均有重要的作用。但在具體實施過程中，仍然存在不少問題，如工程分析粗糙、報告書質量不高、評價缺乏針對性和實用性等。本文對此進行瞭分析，併提齣相應對策。

To be in analyse and evaluation about the construction items from the aspect of environmental influence has great function to civil economy to be in sound, stable development, and the natural circumstance to be in protection. However, there are still some problems in the course of specific fulfillment, such as analyzing on the project is in roughness, the quality of transaction is low, lacking focalization and pragmatism in the assessment and so on. This treatise anatomized about it, and offered relevant countermeasures for it.
