using both empirical and non-empirical research methods, the author conducts a thorough analysis of the inherent contradictions existing in the supply of public goods in china＇s rural areas with the purpose of solving the problems in the present supply system . the author believes that the system innovation and raising funds at different levels is one of the major ways to solve the problems existing in the present supply system.
