东北老工业基地民营企业作为东北地区经济结构中重要的组成部分,为东北振兴起着决定性作用.东北的民营企业虽然在改革开放的大潮中得到迅速发展,但总体上却落后于东南沿海经济发达地区.而当前制约着东北民营企业发展的主要因素就是融资问题:观念落后、融资渠道过于狭窄,担保体系不健全等都制约了其发展.因此,在通畅原有融资渠道基础上,有所创新地解决民营企业融资难是东北振兴的"突破口",也是东北地区民营企业发展的"突破口".

Private - owed enterprises of northeastern old industrial bases are thought as the important component in national economy, which can play an important role for the invigoration of northeastern old industrial bases. There is no denying that northeastern private - owed enterprises have made much progress over past years. If compared with southeastern areas, there still exists a large gap. So it is vital to know what problems are their success. It is financing channel at present that has gravely set back the economic development for private - owed enterprises of northeastern old industrial bases.
