采用Franz扩散池,研究了含不同浓度油酸的尼群地平乳膏的离体鼠皮透皮情况.结果表明:尼群地平乳膏能透过离体小鼠皮肤,且油酸对其透皮吸收有一定的促进作用.含6%油酸的尼群地平乳膏在各时间下的透皮吸收量比不含油酸者都有一定的提高.抛物线拟合法建立了不同时间下不同浓度的油酸对尼群地平乳膏透皮渗透量的数学模型,最佳浓度为(5.89±0.09)%,且尼群地平乳膏的透皮渗透符合Higachi方程.

The permeability of nitrendipine cream with different consistency of oleic acid through mt skin in vitro was examined using the Franz diffusion cell. The results showed that the penetration rate of nitrendipine raised with the existence of enhancer oleic acid. When the concentration of oleic acid was 6%, the nitrendipine＇ s percutaneous penetration rate was higher than that of bare nitrendipine during the time listed in Table 1. The best percutaneous penetration effct was achived when the concentration of oleic acid was 5.89 ± 0.09%. The percutaneous penetration rate of nitrendipine cream satisfied the Higachi Formula.
