通过对毕业工作1-2年的毕业生进行工作绩效问卷调查,并结合被试学生的在校各科学习成绩,对问卷调查情况与学生的成绩进行相关分析.得出土木工程课程设置要注意合理搭配,加强基础课、优化专业课,增加选修课,强化工程实践课的结论.

By sending questionnaires to the graduates who graduated and have worked for one or two years for their respective work result and then comparing their work result with their academic records of different subjects at the universities, the paper studies the correlativity, between their work result and their academic records. The study shows in the course design of civil engineering attention should be paid to enhancing the basic courses, optimizing specialized courses, adding optional courses and stressing the engineering practice.
