裁员作为人力资源重新配置的重要职能,对在职人员的心理会产生影响,研究他们对裁员的恐惧有助于引导其摆脱心理负担,减少裁员阻力.本文在文献回顾的基础上对引起恐惧心理的因素进行了假设,认为年龄、学历和员工对裁员的恐惧心理显著相关,并建立了相关模型,通过问卷调查对提出的假设进行了检验.最后从社会、企业和个人的角度给出了建议,以帮助国企在职员工建立健康的裁员心态.

Downsizing, as a key function in the reallocation of human resource in modem enterprises influences the psychological condition of OTJ employees and the study on their fear toward downsizing will help lessen their psychological burden and reduce the barriers to downsizing. On the basis of liferature review some hypotheses are given to assume the correlation between age, record of formal schooling and fear and a model is proposed which is tested by a survey conducted in state - owned enterprises. Finally, some suggestions are provided from the aspects of society, enterprises and individuals, trying to help the OTJ employees of SOE to build healthy psychological state toward downsizing.
