通过对中老年健身气功·八段锦练习者75天练习前后身体形态和生理机能各项指标变化的研究,结果表明:练习健身气功·八段锦能明显提高中老年人上肢和下肢力量素质、明显改善呼吸系统机能、提高中老年人关节灵活性、平衡能力和神经系统灵活性.
通過對中老年健身氣功·八段錦練習者75天練習前後身體形態和生理機能各項指標變化的研究,結果錶明:練習健身氣功·八段錦能明顯提高中老年人上肢和下肢力量素質、明顯改善呼吸繫統機能、提高中老年人關節靈活性、平衡能力和神經繫統靈活性.
통과대중노년건신기공·팔단금연습자75천연습전후신체형태화생리궤능각항지표변화적연구,결과표명:연습건신기공·팔단금능명현제고중노년인상지화하지역량소질、명현개선호흡계통궤능、제고중노년인관절령활성、평형능력화신경계통령활성.
This paper explores the changes of figure and physical function indicators before and after 75-day exercises of fitness Qigong? BaDuanJin among the middle-aged and aged people. The results indicated that after participation in BaDuanJin exercises, the strength of the middle-aged and aged people are much higher than before, the function of the respiratory system is highly improved than before; The joint flexibility the balance ability and the agility of the nervous system is also improved.
