如何将<学生体质健康标准(试行方案)>软件化和更好的实施,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、计算机编程法和测试调查法进行了研究.结果表明:要全面贯彻与落实<标准>的实施,很重要的一项工作是<标准>的软件化.<标准>软件系统除了有对学生体质健康进行测试、评分与评价的基本功能以外,还要注重学生体质健康的诊断、咨询与处方功能.软件系统的网络化功能是<标准>实施的必由之路.建议:健康咨询是<标准>实施的最终目的,要从宏观上和微观上对全民学生体质健康进行有效地监控,就必须将<标准>软件化并且在实施过程中将所有的软件系统网络化.

In order to develop the software system for ,Student Constitution Health Criterion （SCHC） and enforce its implementation, adopted the documentary analysis, expert interview, computer composing program and statistic analysis, this research conducted a research. The results showed that developing the relevant software system plays a very important role in the implementation of SCHC; apart from fundamental functions such as test, marking and evaluation, diaguostication, consultation and prescription functions should be drawn on; SCHC software system must have network function which is the guarantee for carrying out SCHC completely. It is suggested that the health consulting is the final purpose of the implementation of SCHC. In order to monitor and control the students＇ physical fitness health in macro and micro level, it is necessary to implement SCHC through the net work.
