校本课程开发是我国新一轮基础教育课程改革的热点问题之一。校本课程整合作为校本课程开发的一种模式,其开发与实施受到教师文化的深刻影响。在校本课程整合背景下,教师之间需要建立起一种开放的、合作的文化。合作的教师文化的特征是:积极的互依性、合目的性、整合性。合作的教师文化与校本课程整合之间在动态上表现为共同发展的关系,在静态上表现为互相促进的关系。合作的教师文化的形成需要在校本课程整合的过程中不断加以培育。

The development of school-based curriculum is one the hot issues ot the new round reform of basic education curriculum. As a mode of school-based curriculum development, the integration and implementation of school-based curriculum is deeply influenced by the teacher culture. Under the circumstances of integration of school-based curriculum, it is necessary to establish an open and cooperative culture among teachers. Dynamically, the cooperative teacher culture and school-based curriculum integration have the relation of synchronic development; but statically, they have the relation of mutual promotion. The formation of cooperative teacher culture should be continuously promoted in the integration of school-based curriculun.
