Bank financing is the predominant way of corporate financing in China, a result of limited financing channel in the country. Given the limited financing resources, enterprises, small-and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, have limited access to capital. Mazzanine financing, is an effective and innovative way of financing. Based on the study of mezzanine products and market as well as its international development trend and status quo of Chinese enterprises, the implication of developing mezzanine financing in China is pointed out and new thoughts on corporate financing and innovation in banking business are brought forward from theoretical and practical point of view.
