管理任务应该成为管理学原理理论体系的重要组成部分,而到目前为止,管理学原理的理论体系在很大程度上局限于对管理学理论发展历史的介绍和对管理的职能过程的阐述,很少涉及管理的任务,也未能对实际管理实践提出一个指导性的基本管理任务模型及对管理效果的评估模型.根据管理实践的共性和特点,管理的任务可以归纳为四个方面,即:(1)组织管理任务;(2)业务流程及过程管理任务;(3)现场管理与效率管理任务;(4)人的相关问题管理任务.据此,建立了一个新的一般管理的任务模型及相应的管理效果评估模型.

The tasks of management are vast and variable and to understand the tasks of management is very important during the process of learning management. But till now the theory system of the principle of management is just usually to tell us how the theory of management developed and the science aimed on the function of management, as a science to discover the basic rules of management, it seldom discusses the tasks of management. As a principle, there is no model to describe the tasks of management yet. If we can set up a model for the task of management, we can also set up a model to evaluate the result of management. According to valanty practice of management, the tasks of management can be summed up as four parts: (1) the task of organization management; (2) the task of business operations & process management; (3) the task of scene & efficiency management for works and production; (4) the task of management for human relations. Based on the above, analysis, we can set up a model to describe the tasks of management, a concept model, and set up an evaluation model to estimate the results of management. These models can help us to understand all the theory schools of management such as Classical, Modeling, and Behavioral more efficiently, so that we can enrich and perfect the science of management.
