协调内外源经济的发展是转变经济增长方式的重要内容.珠三角地区是典型的外源经济,随着经济的进一步发展,外源经济的高污染、高消耗、低产出等缺陷一一暴露.而内源经济的发展动力不足,也成为了珠三角经济发展中的"短板".因此, 协调内外源经济的发展,必须两手抓:一手抓利用外资的质量,提升外源经济结构;一手抓民间投资活力的激发,扩大内源经济容量,形成二者之间的互动,协同集约.
