从77种芽孢杆菌中筛选出的杀虫细菌苏云金杆菌4AF1,其耐受重金属的最低抑制浓度(mihimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)分别为:Cu2+124.0 mM、Co2+277.2 mM、Zn2+51.1mM、Ni+109.4 mM.复合污染下,Co2+对4 AF1菌的毒性被激活,Ni+的毒性受抑制.从混合土壤样品及泉州洛江水样中筛选到5个耐受细菌和3个耐受真菌.16SrDNA高变区序列的PCR扩增与测定结果表明,耐受菌1为气单胞杆菌属细菌,耐受菌3为假单胞杆菌属细菌.

A heavy metal-resistant bacteria strain named Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. cameroun 4AF1 was screened from 77 known Bacillus strains. The minimum inhibitory con- centration (MIC) of 4AF1 to Co^2+ .Ni^+.Cu^2+.Zn^2+ were 277.2 mM, 109.4 mM, 124.0 mM, and 51.1 mM, respectively. Uniform design was used to determine the effects of different combinations of Co^2+. Ni^+. Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ to the growth of 4AF1. It seemed that 4AF1 exhibited preferential biosorbtion to Ni+ in the case of combinations. Five bacterial isolates and three fungi, which showed considerable resistance to heavy metals, were screened from soil samples collected around China and water sample of Luoyangjiang in Quanzhou. Two highly variation regions of bacterial 16S rDNA were amplified and sequenced from isolate 1 and 3. BLAST analysis showed that isolate 1 was similar to Aeromonas sp. and isolate 3 was similar to Pseudomonas sp.
