当前房地产开发在我国如火如荼，在房地产项目管理中，如何最优化的配置人力、物力、财力显得越来越重要。本文结合房地产企业的具体实践，就房地产项目的评估、创建、计划、模板、技术、授权、界面、方法、架构等问题作了一些探讨。

Given the rapid development of real estate market in China, the optimal allocation of human, material and financial resources during project management process in the market have attracted increasingly more research attentions. This paper conducts empirical study on the real estate enterprises and analyzes various issues concerned such as issues in the area of evaluation, creation, planning, template, technique, authorization, interface, method and framework, etc.
