加快发展东北地区的现代物流产业,对振兴老工业基地,调整东北地区的产业和经济结构都具有十分重要的意义.针对目前东北地区物流发展中的诸如观念陈旧、体制分割、缺乏规划和人才匮乏等问题的存在,通过区域经济发展和区域物流关系的分析,从而对加快东北地区物流业发展提出良策.

It is very important to the re - development of old industry base and the adjusmaent of industrial and economic structure that the development of modem logistics industry of the northeast area is accelerated, This paper analyses the relationship of regional economy development and regional logistics. And then aiming for problems which exist in the development of the northeast regional logistics, this paper expounds countenneasures of accelerating the development of the northeast regional logistics.
