采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)、心境状态量表(POMS)和自制的问卷调查表,对听障学生的心理特点进行测量和评定;有针对性地为他们设计了运动处方,并组织了教学实验.实验对象分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用运动处方教学,对照组采用常规教学.结果表明:运动处方教学对听障学生的身心健康有一定的积极影响;听障学生心理素质的发展效果与教材内容和教学方法有关;只有将学生的心理体验与学生的技能练习有机结合,才能收到既掌握运动技能又发展心理品质的效果.
採用心理健康診斷測驗(MHT)、心境狀態量錶(POMS)和自製的問捲調查錶,對聽障學生的心理特點進行測量和評定;有針對性地為他們設計瞭運動處方,併組織瞭教學實驗.實驗對象分為實驗組和對照組,實驗組採用運動處方教學,對照組採用常規教學.結果錶明:運動處方教學對聽障學生的身心健康有一定的積極影響;聽障學生心理素質的髮展效果與教材內容和教學方法有關;隻有將學生的心理體驗與學生的技能練習有機結閤,纔能收到既掌握運動技能又髮展心理品質的效果.

The mental health of hearing obstructed students should be concerned. Using mental health diagnostic test, mood condition measuring sheet, and self control questionnaires, the authors carried out objective and effective measurement and evaluation on the mental characteristics of hearing obstructed students, action specifically designed exercise proscription for such students, and elaborately organized teaching experiment. Experiment objects were divided into experiment group and control group. Exercise prescribed teaching was applied to the experiment group, while conventional teaching was applied to the control group. The following findings was rovealed in the experiment: Exercise prescribed teaching has certain positive influence on the physical and mental health of hearing obstructed students; the result of development of the mental quality of hearing obstructed students is rolated to the contents of teaching materials and teaching methods; the effect of mastering exeroising skills while improving mental quality could not be achieved unless student' s mental experience is organically combined with student's skill practice.
