在科学发展观视角下,高校的人力资源管理,必须以科学发展观为指导,针对高校人力资源的特征与现状,坚持"人力资源第一"的理念,实行"以人为本"的管理模式; 注重人力资源结构优化,促进教师资源的协调发展;注重多元化考核,促进教师资源的全面发展.
在科學髮展觀視角下,高校的人力資源管理,必鬚以科學髮展觀為指導,針對高校人力資源的特徵與現狀,堅持"人力資源第一"的理唸,實行"以人為本"的管理模式; 註重人力資源結構優化,促進教師資源的協調髮展;註重多元化攷覈,促進教師資源的全麵髮展.
재과학발전관시각하,고교적인력자원관리,필수이과학발전관위지도,침대고교인력자원적특정여현상,견지"인력자원제일"적이념,실행"이인위본"적관리모식; 주중인력자원결구우화,촉진교사자원적협조발전;주중다원화고핵,촉진교사자원적전면발전.
Human resources management in institutions of higher learning must be guided by the scientific development concept. In view of the current characteristics and situations of human resources in universities and colleges, the concept that “human resources matter most” should be adhered to and the human centered management model should be adopted. Efforts should be made to optimize the human resource structure, promote the coordinated development of teacher resources, emphasize pluralized assessment to contribute to the allround development of teacher resources, create conditions to push forward the sustainable development of human resources.
