Motives ; Decisions, Spectators
本研究主要采用问卷调查法和数理研究法,对中国足球甲级联赛2004赛季浙江赛区现场观众的基本特征和消费行为进行调查与分析.结果显示:现场观众主要由学生和企业职工构成;主队实力、赛事推广对观众购买决策因素影响较大;观众对赛事成绩、裁判水平、队员知名度较为不满.

With methods of questionnaires and mathematical studies,the authors have made an investigation on the basic characteristics and consumer behavior of the spectators in Zhejiang Province during the China Football League Match in the 2004 season. The results indicate that the spectators are mainly made up of students and employees of enterprises ,that the competency of teams and media propaganda have great effects on the purchasing decision of spectators and that most spectators are not very satisfied with the performance of teams,the level of referees and lack of celebrated players.
