在我国农业产业化过程中广泛存在着赊欠现象,作为对农村正规金融的一种补充,龙头企业、农业大户对农户赊欠农资发挥着重要的信用中介作用.本文主要通过对中外农业赊欠案例的考察,指出赊欠的相互联系的信用本质,探讨了龙头企业和农民通过赊欠建立相互联系的原因;重点分析了赊欠经营的运行机制,指出赊欠经营作为一种经营机制,是契约农业成功运转的关键因素之一;最后得出结论,赊欠在我国农业产业化过程中以及扶贫中是值得利用的一种方式.

As a complement to the formal finance in rural areas, operation on credit exists widely in the process of agriculture industrialization, in our country in which the leading enterprises and large farmers play an very important role in providing credit to farmers. By comparing the empiricak cases of operation on credit in China and other countries, the writer of this paper first points out that credit in essence is a kind of interlinkage credit and then makes inquiries into the causes why the leading enterprises and farmers can do so. Then as a foucs in this paper, the writer conducts analyses into credit operation mechanism as a key factor to success in contract farming, and lastly reaches the conclusion that operation on credit is one of the apllicable means in the process of agricultural industrialization and poverty elimination.
