采用能值分析方法,在各个能值指标与其他国家和地区相应指标进行比较分析的基础上,解读了北京市资源环境及经济发展状况.结果表明,北京市2001年全年利用总能值非常丰富;系统经济发展程度较高,但与发达国家相比还有差距,经济发展在很大程度上依赖外界的支持;在对外贸易中,系统处于有利地位;工业化程度并非很高,应加强电力的利用;系统环境资源相对匮乏;环境压力大,远远超过了环境承载力.因此,必须在合理有效利用资源、切实保护环境的基础上,适当控制人口的增长.

The developmental level of Beijing urban ecosystem was evaluated in detail by using a new method -emergy analysis. A series of emergy indexes were established and compared with those of other countries and regions. Then, the statuses of social, economic and environmental subsystems of Beijing urban ecosystem were analyzed quantificationally. As a result, in 2001, the total emergy utilized in the whole system was abundant; the level of economic develooment was high, but difference could be found, compared with developed counties; environmental recourses were deficient comparatively; the industrialized level was not very high, and the utilization of power should be strengthened; it was dominant in trade; the press of environment was great. So the speed of population growing in Beijing should be controlled properly.
