Teaching body is the core of constructing world-class university, and world-class teaching body needs better academic environment. Based on the theory of university, this article analyses negative factors that affect academic environment. From the perspective of optimizing academic environment, the authors propose some suggestions to strengthen the teaching body and the mechanism and systems to enhance this practice.
