Competitiveness is related to a company＇s capacity to compete and the potential to expand in the market; so, it is crucial to the banks. There are 11 joint- stock commerce banks in China, including five exchange- listed banks. The governing- structure of those banks is soundest and they stand for the direction of development in banking industry. So, this article establishes an evaluation model, including nine important aspects, on the basis of plenty of theories. The result of the banks rank is presented finally.
