区域经济带(区)和都市圈(群)已经成为推动我国区域经济发展的主要动力,并且各大经济带(区)和都市圈(群)的"多极并进"也将成为我国未来区域经济发展的大趋势.长江上游经济带在未来区域发展中的战略取向就是要立足自身实际,谋求内部整合;依托"长三角",积极与流域各经济板块开展合作;与"泛珠三角"开展合作,并借此与东盟沟通.
區域經濟帶(區)和都市圈(群)已經成為推動我國區域經濟髮展的主要動力,併且各大經濟帶(區)和都市圈(群)的"多極併進"也將成為我國未來區域經濟髮展的大趨勢.長江上遊經濟帶在未來區域髮展中的戰略取嚮就是要立足自身實際,謀求內部整閤;依託"長三角",積極與流域各經濟闆塊開展閤作;與"汎珠三角"開展閤作,併藉此與東盟溝通.

Economic regions and megalopolises have already been important forces to promote the regional development,and they will make China a multi-pole structure.So the competition or co-operation among different regions will be an important factor that affects region-al development.Therefore,the strategic direction in regional development of economic region at upper reaches of Yangtze River is intemal co-integration based on self reality and active cooperation with each economic region of Yangtze River and cooperation with Zhujiang Delta and cooperation with ASEAN.
