文章采用问卷调查方法对高校优秀教师的课堂教学特征进行了研究,揭示出教师与学生对优秀教师课堂教学特征的评价,并提出了加强教师课堂教学内容、能力和态度的考核,提高教师的课堂教学水平;进一步实施互动教学的考评,激发学生学习主动性;关注差异,全面提高优秀教师课堂教学质量的对策建议。
文章採用問捲調查方法對高校優秀教師的課堂教學特徵進行瞭研究,揭示齣教師與學生對優秀教師課堂教學特徵的評價,併提齣瞭加彊教師課堂教學內容、能力和態度的攷覈,提高教師的課堂教學水平;進一步實施互動教學的攷評,激髮學生學習主動性;關註差異,全麵提高優秀教師課堂教學質量的對策建議。

This paper uses the scientific social method to research the teaching characters of excellent for college teachers in classroom and discloses the differences of the teachers and students and their interaction aboutthe excellent teaching characters of college teachers in classroom. Based on the results, this paper gives the three related suggestions: strengthen the evaluation about the teaching content, teaching ability and the teaching attitude to improve the classroom teaching level; promote the students' studying activity based on the interaction teaching evaluation ; pay attention to the differences to improve the teaching quality for the excellent teaching in all.
