通过对浙江省“教体结合”培养高素质竞技体育后备人才学校——体育传统项目学校、少年儿童体育学校、培养高水平后备人才学校的调查与分析，探讨“教体结合”的特点，认为当前“教体结合”存在着输送人才渠道比较单一、读与训的矛盾中训练时间得不到保证、评估工作不够系统、教练员队伍亟待改善、场地器材和经费不尽人意等问题，并提出解决的办法覆建议。
통과대절강성“교체결합”배양고소질경기체육후비인재학교——체육전통항목학교、소년인동체육학교、배양고수평후비인재학교적조사여분석，탐토“교체결합”적특점，인위당전“교체결합”존재착수송인재거도비교단일、독여훈적모순중훈련시간득불도보증、평고공작불구계통、교련원대오극대개선、장지기재화경비불진인의등문제，병제출해결적판법복건의。
Through making investigation and analysis on high quality sport talent cultivation in style of combining education science and physical education, traditional sport event school, junior sport school and school of cultivating high quality talents in Zhejiang province, this paper discusses the characteristics of this method and thinks that style of combining education science and physical education has some problems such as the less transportation methods for talents, no more training time between learning and training, imperfect evaluation, poor coaching team and sport facility. Based on it, some suggestions and methods are put forwarded.
