在pH=2~3的溶液中,铁与磺基水杨酸生成紫红色络合物.Fe(Ⅲ)含量在0~25 μg·mL-1范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.51×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,本方法标准偏差0.054,变异系数1.1%,回收率为87.5%~102.5%.
在pH=2~3的溶液中,鐵與磺基水楊痠生成紫紅色絡閤物.Fe(Ⅲ)含量在0~25 μg·mL-1範圍內符閤比耳定律,錶觀摩爾吸光繫數為2.51×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,本方法標準偏差0.054,變異繫數1.1%,迴收率為87.5%~102.5%.
재pH=2~3적용액중,철여광기수양산생성자홍색락합물.Fe(Ⅲ)함량재0~25 μg·mL-1범위내부합비이정률,표관마이흡광계수위2.51×103 L·mol-1·cm-1,본방법표준편차0.054,변이계수1.1%,회수솔위87.5%~102.5%.
A spectrophotometry method for determining trace iron in kelp has been developed. The linear range of determination is 0 - 25 μg/mL. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.51 × 10^3 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 ,and the recovery was 87.5% - 102.5%.
