卡尔纳普在《通过语言的逻辑分析清除形而上学》一文中宣称可以用逻辑的方法终结形而上学。然而其论述并非无懈可击，并不能使人信服。文章从其应用逻辑标准自身的合理性，逻辑分析方法与其“科学性”的主张存在自相矛盾的因素，实证逻辑的标准在经验领域内运用等方面，对卡尔纳普的观点提出了质疑。

In his article ＂To Eliminate Metaphysics Through Logical Analysis of Language＂, Carnap argues that metaphysics can be eliminated through logical approaches, which is not invulnerable and convincing. From several aspects, the rationahty of his application of logical criterion, there were some self- eontradietory factors between his logical analysis method and his statement ＂to be scientific＂, the application of the criterion of logical positivism on empirical field, etc. , this paper raises a query on Carnap＇s point of view.
