随着关税壁垒的逐渐削弱，发达国家为了保护本国企业和生态环境，采取了一种新的贸易壁垒形式——“绿色壁垒”来限制别国的出口。文章分析了它存在的合理性厦对金华纺织品服装外贸企业造成的影响，并结合金华地区的实际情况，从政府和企业两个层面，提出了应对措施。

With the elimination of the tariff wall, many developed countries start to adopt a new way of trade tariff-the so-called ＂green barrier＂-so as to curb the importing from other countries and to protect their own business and ecological environment. This paper analyzes the rationality of the phenomenon, and probes into its impact on Jinhua＇s export enterprises in the textile and garment-making industry. Then, in the light of the reality of the city, it suggests some strategies, from the perspectives of both the government and the enterprises, for handling the situation.
