农业的发展事关国计民生。面对近年来我国农业发展的滑坡现状，如何在经济发展过程中促进我国农业的进一步发展已成为新一届政府的重要执政内容。本文从政府介入农业的理论阐释入手，首先证明了政府财政对农业发展的支持保护作用，进而分析了我国支农资金在总量和结构上存在的偏差，并尝试性地提出了相应的政策措施。

The development of agriculture is an extremely important part for a country＇s economy and its people＇s livelihood. Facing the ever declining status quo of agriculture development in China in recent years, it has become a really important reign issue of how to promote a further improvement in agriculture during the new round of economic development process. Proceeding from the theory of government involvement in agriculture, the paper initially proves that public finance plays a supportive role in agriculture development. Later on, it analyzes the ＂deviation phenomenon＂ existed in the structure and aggregates of agriculture supporting fund and then manages to propose the corresponding policies and measures.
