中国作为一个发展中国家，要走在世界前列，必须获得现代性。实事求是是中国成功实现现代化转型的根本方法。在中国现代语境中，实事求是指的是追求现代性必须从中国所处的实际发展阶段出发；引进西方现代文明必须考虑中国传统文化背景；现代化转型的理论模式必须经得起中国实践检验。
中國作為一箇髮展中國傢，要走在世界前列，必鬚穫得現代性。實事求是是中國成功實現現代化轉型的根本方法。在中國現代語境中，實事求是指的是追求現代性必鬚從中國所處的實際髮展階段齣髮；引進西方現代文明必鬚攷慮中國傳統文化揹景；現代化轉型的理論模式必鬚經得起中國實踐檢驗。
중국작위일개발전중국가，요주재세계전렬，필수획득현대성。실사구시시중국성공실현현대화전형적근본방법。재중국현대어경중，실사구시지적시추구현대성필수종중국소처적실제발전계단출발；인진서방현대문명필수고필중국전통문화배경；현대화전형적이론모식필수경득기중국실천검험。
Modern civilization,which has created unprecedented material wealth for West capitalism, is the most advanced civilization in today＇s world. For China, as a developing country, to go ahead of the others, it must get modernity. Seeking truth from facts is the fundamental method that helps China successfully carry out modernization. In modern language circumstance of China, seeking truth from facts means that pursuit of modernity must set out from real developing stage of China, introduction of West modern civilization must be based on traditional cultural background of China, and the theoretical mode of modernization must withstand the test of Chinese practice.
