针对我国目前开放式基金业面临的巨额赎回所造成的流动性风险，通过对开放式基金的流动性风险成因进行分析，提出防范流动性风险的方法：针对投资者的不同需求，设计多种个性化基金及赎回方式，使开放式基金的负债与资产的流动性和收益性相匹配，达到事前有效防范流动性风险的目的。
針對我國目前開放式基金業麵臨的巨額贖迴所造成的流動性風險，通過對開放式基金的流動性風險成因進行分析，提齣防範流動性風險的方法：針對投資者的不同需求，設計多種箇性化基金及贖迴方式，使開放式基金的負債與資產的流動性和收益性相匹配，達到事前有效防範流動性風險的目的。

Based on an analysis of the liquidity risk of open-end mutual funds, possibly caused by large -scale redemption, this paper puts forward some new methods to contain liquidity risk, via issuing different funds categories with different redemption terms according to the investors＇demand. These methods divide the funds market into small sub-sections and make the debt liquidity be matched with the asset liquidity, thus achieving the goal of liquidity risk prevention.
