通过文献资料与问卷调查法，对上海市35—45岁非体育人口的现状、体育人口标准的三个条件因素对该年龄段的非体育人口的影响以及本年龄段的非体育人口的体育态度趋向进行研究和描述性分析，结果表明：此年龄段的非体育人口比例仍高于全国2000年的同一年龄段的比例，但该年龄段非体育人口中具有一定数量的“潜在体育人口”，只要重点突出，措施有力，在短时间之内增加该年龄段的体育人口数量是完全可行的。并对此提出相应建议。

통과문헌자료여문권조사법，대상해시35—45세비체육인구적현상、체육인구표준적삼개조건인소대해년령단적비체육인구적영향이급본년령단적비체육인구적체육태도추향진행연구화묘술성분석，결과표명：차년령단적비체육인구비례잉고우전국2000년적동일년령단적비례，단해년령단비체육인구중구유일정수량적“잠재체육인구”，지요중점돌출，조시유력，재단시간지내증가해년령단적체육인구수량시완전가행적。병대차제출상응건의。
Adopted the methods of documentary analysis and questionnaire investigation, this study conducted an research and descriptive analysis on the current situation of the non-sport population at the age of 35 to 45 in Shanghai, the influence of three conditional factors of the standard of sport population on the non-sport population, and the trend of sport attitudes of the non-sport population. The results of this study indicated that the scale of the non-sport population at the age of 35 to 45 in Shanghai is higher than the scale level of the Non-Sport Population in China, there are a large number of sport population at the non-sport population at the age of 35 to 45 in Shanghai, taking strong measures increase in the sport population in a short time is feasible. According to the analysis, the corresponding suggestion aiming at the tactic of converting and cultivating were proposed.
