为了观察短跑运动员比赛前后血清β-内啡肽、促肾上腺皮质激素和血清皮质醇的变化。应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测100m比赛前后专业组和业余组运动员血清β-内啡肽、促肾上腺皮质激素以及血清皮质醇含量。结果发现:100m比赛前后专业组和业余组运动员血清肛内啡肽、促肾上腺皮质激素以及血清皮质醇含量均较安静状态增高,但专业组的增高幅度较业余组低。表明:运动锻炼可以提高运动员应激能力,减少应激损害,提高应变能力。
為瞭觀察短跑運動員比賽前後血清β-內啡肽、促腎上腺皮質激素和血清皮質醇的變化。應用放射免疫分析法(RIA)檢測100m比賽前後專業組和業餘組運動員血清β-內啡肽、促腎上腺皮質激素以及血清皮質醇含量。結果髮現:100m比賽前後專業組和業餘組運動員血清肛內啡肽、促腎上腺皮質激素以及血清皮質醇含量均較安靜狀態增高,但專業組的增高幅度較業餘組低。錶明:運動鍛煉可以提高運動員應激能力,減少應激損害,提高應變能力。
위료관찰단포운동원비새전후혈청β-내배태、촉신상선피질격소화혈청피질순적변화。응용방사면역분석법(RIA)검측100m비새전후전업조화업여조운동원혈청β-내배태、촉신상선피질격소이급혈청피질순함량。결과발현:100m비새전후전업조화업여조운동원혈청항내배태、촉신상선피질격소이급혈청피질순함량균교안정상태증고,단전업조적증고폭도교업여조저。표명:운동단련가이제고운동원응격능력,감소응격손해,제고응변능력。
In order to observe the changes of β-endorphin(β-EP), ACTH and serum cortisol of sprinters before and after competition, adopted radioimmunoassay(RIA), this research measured β-EP, ACTH and serum cortisol concentration of professional and amateur sprinters before and after 100-metre competition. The results of this study indicated that both in professional group and amateur group the β-EP, ACTH and serum cortisol conecentration of sprinters before and after 100- metre competition were higher than those in silent time, but the increased level of professional group were not more than the amateur group. It is proposed that exercise training could improve stress ability, decrease the stress damage and improve the ability to cope with changes.
