Strategic alliance based on trust is one important strategy for an enterprise to obtain competitive advantages so as to realize rapid growth. However, the slack organization has made strategic alliance a highly risky strategy. This article from the resource-based perspective first discusses relational risks and performance risks in strategic alliance and then puts forward risk-evading mechanism.
