采用跟踪实验法观察24周运动处方锻炼对糖尿病高危人群血糖、血脂与体质指标的形响。结果,糖尿病高危患者锻炼后,体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比、收缩压和静态心率均显著减少(P〈0.05),肺活量、握力、座位体前屈显著增加(P〈0.05);空腹血糖、葡萄糖负荷试验2h后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(GHbAlc)、血清甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)均显著降低(P〈0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)却显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论:长期、系统、有针对性的运动处方锻炼可显著改善糖尿病高危人群的血糖、血脂和体质指标,对患者增强体质和预防糖尿病的发生有重要作用。

채용근종실험법관찰24주운동처방단련대당뇨병고위인군혈당、혈지여체질지표적형향。결과,당뇨병고위환자단련후,체중、체중지수(BMI)、요둔비、수축압화정태심솔균현저감소(P〈0.05),폐활량、악력、좌위체전굴현저증가(P〈0.05);공복혈당、포도당부하시험2h후혈당、당화혈홍단백(GHbAlc)、혈청감유삼지、혈청총담고순(TC)화혈청저밀도지단백담고순(LDL—C)균현저강저(P〈0.05),혈청고밀도지단백담고순(HDL—C)각현저승고(P〈0.05)。결론:장기、계통、유침대성적운동처방단련가현저개선당뇨병고위인군적혈당、혈지화체질지표,대환자증강체질화예방당뇨병적발생유중요작용。
Through using the method of tracing experiment, this paper observes the 24 weeks exercise prescription on blood sugar, blood lipids and physical index of high risk group of diabetes. The result shows that after exercise, the body weight, BMI,waist hip ratio, systolic pressure and heart rate at rest of high risk group of diabetes significantly decrease,while vital capacity, grip strength and seating body anteflexion increases remarkably. Blood sugar of limosis,blood sugar of glucose carrying to experiment after two hours,TC,TG with LDL-C all reduce significantly, and the HDL-C increase remarkably. It concludes that long term and systemic exercise prescription can significantly improve the blood sugar, blood lipids and physical index of high risk group of diabetes,and have important function to prevent diabetes occurrence.
