采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，阐述了我国奥林匹克知识产权法律保护中存在的若干问题，分析了产生这些问题的原因，并提出了相应的埘策与建议，旨在更好的保护好奥林匹克知识产权，为把北京奥运会办成历史上最出色的一届奥运会服务。
採用文獻資料、邏輯分析等方法，闡述瞭我國奧林匹剋知識產權法律保護中存在的若榦問題，分析瞭產生這些問題的原因，併提齣瞭相應的塒策與建議，旨在更好的保護好奧林匹剋知識產權，為把北京奧運會辦成歷史上最齣色的一屆奧運會服務。

Adopted documentary analysis and logic analysis, this study explored several problems existing in the sphere of intellectual property protection law of China＇ s Olympic Games, and analyzed the causes of the problems. Several strategies and suggestions were proposed, in order to provide a better protection to the Olympic intellectual property and serve for holding the most successful Olympic Games.
