为观察健身跑锻炼对老年人淋巴细胞转化率及血清免疫球蛋白的影响。对18例从事健身跑锻炼男性老年人(健身跑组)和18例未参加任何锻炼的男性老年人(不锻炼组)淋巴细胞转化率和血清免疫球蛋白水平进行测定和比较分析。结果发现:长期坚持健身跑锻炼的老年人CD4^+百分比和CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显高于不锻炼组(P〈0.05、P〈0.01),CD8^+百分比明显低于不锻炼组(P〈0.05);锻炼组血清IgG、IgA、IgM在正常值范围内得以提高,但无显著性差异,不锻炼组血清IgM显著低于正常值(P〈0.05)。表明:长期健身跑锻炼对老年人免疫系统的增强、心理健康水平的提高,衰老过程的延缓具有重要作用。

위관찰건신포단련대노년인림파세포전화솔급혈청면역구단백적영향。대18례종사건신포단련남성노년인(건신포조)화18례미삼가임하단련적남성노년인(불단련조)림파세포전화솔화혈청면역구단백수평진행측정화비교분석。결과발현:장기견지건신포단련적노년인CD4^+백분비화CD4^+/CD8^+비치명현고우불단련조(P〈0.05、P〈0.01),CD8^+백분비명현저우불단련조(P〈0.05);단련조혈청IgG、IgA、IgM재정상치범위내득이제고,단무현저성차이,불단련조혈청IgM현저저우정상치(P〈0.05)。표명:장기건신포단련대노년인면역계통적증강、심리건강수평적제고,쇠로과정적연완구유중요작용。
In order to explore the impacts of running on lymphoid cell convert rate and serum immunity globulin of the aged people, this study conducted a test and a comparative analysis with attention on the lymphoid cell convert rate and serum immunity globulin among 18 male aged people who engaged in running (nmning group) and 18 aged male aged people without nmning participation (non-sport-participators group). The results indicated that the percentage CD4 and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ among the people who engaged in running was superior to the ones without nmning participation ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The percentage of CD8^+ was obviottsly lower than their counterparts ( P 〈 0.05) ; Serum IgG, IgA, IgM of the people who engaged in nmning was within the scope of normal and worth can exaltation, but there was no significant difference between two groups. The level of IgM of the aged people without nmning exercises was lower than the normal level (P 〈 0.05). It can be concluded that nmning chronically plays an important role in increasing the immune system, the level of psychological health and delaying the decrepitude eaducity process of the aged people.
