通过动物实验,研究补充番茄红素和自由基代谢之间的关系。雄性Wistar大鼠30只,分为运动灌服水组(EW组)和运动灌服番茄红素(EL)组,番茄红素抑制了运动造成的MDA含量增加并且促进了GSH—Px活力的升高,但是没有发现补充番茄红索会引起血清SOD的升高或降低。
通過動物實驗,研究補充番茄紅素和自由基代謝之間的關繫。雄性Wistar大鼠30隻,分為運動灌服水組(EW組)和運動灌服番茄紅素(EL)組,番茄紅素抑製瞭運動造成的MDA含量增加併且促進瞭GSH—Px活力的升高,但是沒有髮現補充番茄紅索會引起血清SOD的升高或降低。
통과동물실험,연구보충번가홍소화자유기대사지간적관계。웅성Wistar대서30지,분위운동관복수조(EW조)화운동관복번가홍소(EL)조,번가홍소억제료운동조성적MDA함량증가병차촉진료GSH—Px활력적승고,단시몰유발현보충번가홍색회인기혈청SOD적승고혹강저。
Through animal experiment, this study explored the relationship between lycopene supplement and metabolism of free radicals.30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, group EW(exercise and supplementing water) and group EL(exercise and supplementing lycopene). It was found that supplementing lycopene can decrease the level of serum MDA and increase the level of serum GSH-Px. However, any relationship between lycopene supplement and the change of serum SOD level was not found.
