The form and effectiveness of teacher education are focused on in the teacher education research and practice. In recent years, an on-the-job teacher education pattern has been constructed in the light of school- based teacher training in many Japanese primary schools and middle schools- lesson study, which characteristics and practice process can help us reveal on-the-job teacher education in our country.
