随着我国人口的高龄化，高龄老年人的医疗问题日益凸显。实地调查表明：他们的身体状况不好，医疗支持不够，对医疗的满意度不高。因此，依据城市高龄老年人的医疗现状及其对医疗的心理预期，改进和完善城市高龄老年人的医疗支持体系势在必行。
隨著我國人口的高齡化，高齡老年人的醫療問題日益凸顯。實地調查錶明：他們的身體狀況不好，醫療支持不夠，對醫療的滿意度不高。因此，依據城市高齡老年人的醫療現狀及其對醫療的心理預期，改進和完善城市高齡老年人的醫療支持體繫勢在必行。
수착아국인구적고령화，고령노년인적의료문제일익철현。실지조사표명：타문적신체상황불호，의료지지불구，대의료적만의도불고。인차，의거성시고령노년인적의료현상급기대의료적심리예기，개진화완선성시고령노년인적의료지지체계세재필행。
The urban oldest - old is undoubtedly a social vulnerable group in the rapid process of population aging. According to the data collected in survey, they are badly in need of medical support because they are not in a good state of health without enough medical support,thus with a low index of medical support. According to the present medical situation and psychological expectation of the urban oldest - old, it is imperative to perfect the medical support network of the urban oldest - old.
