高校课堂教学效果在很大程度上反映了高等学校的整体教学水平,也在较大程度上决定了学生的创新意识和创新能力的强弱。课堂教学过程本质上是学生在教师指导下的一种认识过程,在这一过程中学生不仅要获得系统的理论知识,还应该得到创新意识的培养和创新思维训练。学生是学习的主体,而教师是课堂教学过程的组织者。如何在课堂教学中对学生进行创新教育,教师要抓好三个环节的工作,即:突出创新意识培养教学方案的设计,有利于创新思维训练的现场教学组织,鼓励学生展开创新思维的轻松活跃的课堂气氛控制。
高校課堂教學效果在很大程度上反映瞭高等學校的整體教學水平,也在較大程度上決定瞭學生的創新意識和創新能力的彊弱。課堂教學過程本質上是學生在教師指導下的一種認識過程,在這一過程中學生不僅要穫得繫統的理論知識,還應該得到創新意識的培養和創新思維訓練。學生是學習的主體,而教師是課堂教學過程的組織者。如何在課堂教學中對學生進行創新教育,教師要抓好三箇環節的工作,即:突齣創新意識培養教學方案的設計,有利于創新思維訓練的現場教學組織,鼓勵學生展開創新思維的輕鬆活躍的課堂氣氛控製。

The result of classroom teaching mainl); reflects the total teaching level of a college in higher education. It also determines at a high degree whether the innovation consciousness and innovation ability of the students are strong or weak. During the process of classroom teaching, the student must acquire not only the theory of some science but also the training for innovation consciousness and innovation ability. In this process, the students are the main body of the study, but the teacher is the organizer of the classroom teaching process. How to bring up the student' s innovation consciousness and innovation ability wonderfully during classroom teaching process? As a teacher, the author' s opinion is try to finish 3 tasks wonderfully. First, give prominence to bring up innovation consciousness in the project for the classroom teaching. Second, create a favorable atmosphere for innovation training in classroom teaching process. Third, effective mood control for the classroom teaching process to encourage the students to think for innovation.
