高校人力资源管理存在着资源配置不当、“唯学历论”等诸多问题,科学发展观的核心理念是“以人为本”,基于科学发展观的人才观必须牢固树立三个基本的科学人才观:“人才资源是第一资源”的观念;“以人为本”的观念;“人人都可以成才”的观念.这对高校人力资源管理具有重要的理论指导意义,应该加强在人力资源测评、人才选拔、人才培养和人才激励等方面的对策研究.
高校人力資源管理存在著資源配置不噹、“唯學歷論”等諸多問題,科學髮展觀的覈心理唸是“以人為本”,基于科學髮展觀的人纔觀必鬚牢固樹立三箇基本的科學人纔觀:“人纔資源是第一資源”的觀唸;“以人為本”的觀唸;“人人都可以成纔”的觀唸.這對高校人力資源管理具有重要的理論指導意義,應該加彊在人力資源測評、人纔選拔、人纔培養和人纔激勵等方麵的對策研究.
고교인력자원관리존재착자원배치불당、“유학력론”등제다문제,과학발전관적핵심이념시“이인위본”,기우과학발전관적인재관필수뢰고수립삼개기본적과학인재관:“인재자원시제일자원”적관념;“이인위본”적관념;“인인도가이성재”적관념.저대고교인력자원관리구유중요적이론지도의의,응해가강재인력자원측평、인재선발、인재배양화인재격려등방면적대책연구.
Presently there exist lots of problems in human resources management in universities, such as improper resource allocation and the idea of educational background foremost, etc. The very core of the views of scientific development is people oriented. In view of this, we must foster the three scientific thoughts about talented people, that is, firstly, human resource is the first resource, secondly, the idea of people-oriented, and thirdly the idea of "everyone can become a useful person". This is of great significance for its theoretical guidance to the management of human resources in a university. And research on countermeasures should be enhanced in the evaluation of human resources, talent scout, training and motivation of personnel, etc.
