To stick to the students＇ oriented ideological and political education, is not only an internal need on ideological education in colleges and universities, but also is inevitable to be adapt to the new situation and to promote the all-round development of students.Ideological and political education of the past based on the old concepts of division of the subject and the object must be changed. By sticking to the philosophy of humanism, students＇ s new ideas, new approaches and new ways of ideological education are explored, in order to better cultivate all-round students.
