健美操是一个从属于难美项群的体育运动项目,技术性要求较高,规则变化相对频繁.规则是项目发展的准绳,因此,国际体联对竞技健美操竞赛规则每四年进行一次大幅度的修改,以保证规则的前瞻性、实用性和科学性.本文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和对比研究等方法对2001,2005年FIG国际竞技健美操规则的演变和走向进行了分析,以探讨健美操的发展规律和趋势,为准确领会新规则的精神,把握其发展动向,为我国竞技健美操运动的发展提供参考依据.

Athletic gymnastics belongs to difficult and beautiful games and has a higher teehnical demand. Its rules change more often. Rules is the criterion of the game, so in order to guarantee the rule＇s previors, practical and scientific, the FIG revise, the international athletic gymnastics competitive rules each the fourth year. By using document data, expert intervention and contrast, it analyzes the evolvement and trend of FIG international athletic gymnastics competitive rules.The paper tried to investigate the developing principal and the trend, and in order to grasp the spirit of rules, hold the developmental direction and provide a referenced basis for athletic gynmastics event of China.
