目的:探讨8周低住高练(LoHi)对游泳运动员血清CK、BUN的变化规律的影响,并比较分析男女运动员对LoHi适应的异同。方法:15名游泳运动员进行了为期8周的LoHi训练,分别于训练前3、1天,第一阶段周1至周6,第二、三阶段每周1、3、6,训练后第1周周1、3取受试者清晨指血,测定血清CK和BUN值。结果:与水上训练为主的4周相比,游泳运动员在4周LoHi期间,血清CK和BUN的提高较为显著,且恢复程度明显增加;8周LoHi期间,男子游泳运动员的血清CK值明显高于女运动员,而BUN的变化并无显著差异,男子游泳运动员血清CK和BUN的变化幅度大于女运动员。结论:低氧刺激可在一定程度上帮助机体恢复运动训练造成的疲劳;不同性别运动员血清CK和BUN对LoHi的反应不同,男性运动员的反应较大。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of 8 week living low-training high on changing rule of swimmer's serum CK and BUN,analyze the difference of adaptation to LoHi between female and male swimmers. Fifteen swimmers made 8-week LoHi training. The serum CK and BUN were tested on the third and first day before LoHi,from Monday to Saturday at the first stage, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at the second and third stage, Monday and Wednesday in the first week after I.oHi. The result showed that comparing with 4-week swimming training,the serum CK and BUN had significantly increased during the 4-week LoHi training, while the recovery was quickly. During the 8-week HoLi training, the serum CK of male swimmers were significant higher than that of female swimmers ,but the serum BUN had no significant difference between them. It concluded that hypoxic stimulation can benefit to recovery from fatigue caused by training. The response of serum CK and BUN to LoHi was different between different gender, and male swimmer's responses were more intense than female swimmers.
