The paper conducts a profound analysis of the crime of supplying fake certification from four aspects, that is,dual nature and constitutions of crime object, causality between behavior and consequence, complexity of crime subject and subjective deliberate directness, which is helpful to grasp the legislation essence in the legal activities.
