将质量管理理论应用于生态旅游景区,从四个方面构建了生态旅游景区质量管理体系框架。首先在组织准备上,要求建立质量管理组织机构与质量培训机制;其次,提出了四个步骤的质量策划与六个方面的质量控制;第三,ISO质量与环境一体化管理体系为生态旅游景区提供质量保证;最后,通过对游客满意度的测评对质量管理水平进行评价,并为质量改进提供依据。

In this paper, the author applies the quality management theory to Ecotourist Attraction, and establishes the Ecotourist Attraction quality management system from four aspects. Firstly, establishes quality management organization and quality training mechanism; Secondly, put forward four steps quality plan and six aspects quality control; Thirdly, the ISO quality and environment integration management system provides the quality guarantee for the Ecotourist Attraction; Finally, through testing the tourist degree of satisfaction for evaluating quality management level, and it provides the basis for the quality improvement.
