目的：拟探讨3种口服避孕药对甲状腺轴激素的影响，阐明何种药物更适合于运动员调整月经周期，为科学合理调整月经周期提供新的理论依据和实践方法。方法：将受试者随机分为A组（8人）、B组（8人）、C组（5人）。分别在月经周期第7±1天、12±1天（C组为15±1天）和23±1天（C组为26±1天）清晨抽取受试者上臂静脉血，测量TSH、T4、rT3、E2、P。在受试者的下一个月经周期第2天（A、B组）或第5天（C组）分别开始服用药物妈富隆、敏定偶、18-甲，并在服药10天后、21天后和停药后月经来潮的第7天清晨重复上个周期的实验过程。结论：1）18-甲组能够导致TSH、T4水平降低，但其影响在正常范围内；2）妈富隆组、敏定偶组能使TSH、T4平升高，它们对TSH的影响在排卵期较大，对T4的影响黄体期较大，但两种药物对它们的影响都在正常范围内；3）三种药对以没有显著性影响。

Objective：the paper discusses three kinds of oral contraceptives on thyroid axis hormone . It proposes suitable one for athletes to adjust menstrual cycle and it will offer new theoretical reference and practical methods to adjust menstrual cycle scientifically. Methods： divided the subjects into three groups as A （8 persons）, B （8 persons） and C（5 persons） at random. Extracted vein blood in the early morning on days of 7 ± 1,12 ± 1 ,and 23 ± 1 in the menstrual cycle to test TSH, T4, rT3, E2, P. Ask them to take pills of Marvelon,Minulet and 18 -methylic norethindrone on the second day（the groups of A and B） or on the fifth day（ group C）, and repeat the former experiment procedure after 10 days, 21 days after taking pills and 7 days before menstruation. Conclusion： 1 ） 18 - methylic norethindrone can reduce the level of TSH and T4, while its effect is in normal degree ; 2） Marvelon and Minulet can raise the level of TSH and T4 and have much effect on TSH in ovulatory period and T4 luteal phase, while the effects are also within normal function; 3） the three kinds of oral contraceptives have less effect on rT3.
